Grants

The AlohaCare Foundation supports community-based innovations that strive to improve access to quality health care for low income and underserved populations. Annually, the AlohaCare Foundation grant applications are accepted until funds have been exhausted for the year.  

Proposals must include:  

  • Project goals and timeline
  • Target population
  • Measurable outcomes and deliverables
  • Project team and organizational partners 

Grant recipients are required to report outcomes at least annually.

Application Process

STEP 1: Submit Application

Complete the online application, including an IRS W-9. 

STEP 2: Application Review

Application is reviewed for completeness.

STEP 3: Follow-Up

Additional information or meetings may be requested. 

STEP 4: Decision Notice

Applicants are notified of funding decisions via email.

STEP 5: Grant Term Establishment

A Letter of Agreement is issued and executed. 

STEP 6: Funds Distribution

Grant funds are disbursed per the agreement.
