Grants

The AlohaCare Foundation supports community-based innovations that strive to improve access to quality health care for low income and underserved populations. Annually, the AlohaCare Foundation grant applications are accepted until funds have been exhausted for the year. Proposals must include a description of the project goal(s), timeline, target population, progress measures and deliverables, project team and organizational partners. Awardees are required to report outcomes at least annually.
